***ZONING HEARING NOTICE***

The Huntington Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 09, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Huntington Township Municipal Building, 750 Trolley Road, York Springs, PA 17372. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application of Chapel Hill Church of God relating to property known as 4495 Oxford Road, York Springs, PA 17372 (Adams County Tax Parcel No. 22H06-0034—000). The property is in the Agricultural-Conservation (AC) zoning district. Chapel Hill Church of God seeks a special exception pursuant to Section 27-104 of the Huntington Township Zoning Ordinance to permit applicant to use the existing two-story dwelling at the southern corner of the property as a Group Facility (Shelter for Abused Persons).
