Pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Huntington Township Code of Ordinances, the Huntington Township Zoning Ordinance and SEction 913.2.(a) of Pennsylvania’s Municipalities Planning Code [53 P. S. 10913.2(a)], NOTICE is hereby given that Huntington Township (the “Township”), Adams County, Pennsylvania, by the Huntington Township Board of Supervisors (the “Supervisors”), will hold a PUBLIC HEARING upon the below-listed application for conditional use (zoning) approval of My 3 Girls LLC. The public hearing will be held by the Supervisors on Thursday May 30, 2024, commencing at 7:00 P.M., in the Huntington Township meeting room, located at 750 Trolley Road, York Springs, Adams County, Pennsylvania 17372 [(717-528-4027]. All Township residents, as well as the owner(s)/operator(s) of businesses and/or organizations located within the Township, are invited to attend the hearing, and may offer verbal or written comment regarding the application. In addition, certain person/entities may, upon request, be recorded party/intervenor status, as determined in accordance with law by the Supervisors.
